Catherine Radachi Chumley is the founder of CatRad Creative, a full service events & experience firm located in Alexandria, VA. With a passion for crafting joyful and memorable experiences, Catherine has built a reputation for making the ordinary, extraordinary. Her work showcases her commitment to excellence and her belief that every event should be a unique reflection of the client.
She learned the art of creating meaningful, beautiful, and intentional gatherings from her mama, Bunny. Catherine’s events are powered by Bunny’s sage advice, famously including that “it’s all about the presentation.”
Catherine is a proud Girl Scout Gold Awardee (2010) and is a current Troop Leader for the Girl Scouts of our Nation’s Capital. She was named Outstanding Troop Leader in 2024.
Catherine serves on the board for Alexandria Celebrates Women and is the Eisenhower Partnership Events Chair.
Outside of running the business of her dreams, Catherine enjoys thrift store shopping, reading, and continuing the lifelong quest of finding the best oysters with her husband, Ethan.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Sada Dahouk is the Associate Director of CatRad Creative. Sada helps bring CatRad’s signature magic to life by managing the details, going the extra mile, and managing operations with seamless execution.
Sada is a 2025 ChamberALX 40 Under 40 honoree, recognized for her impact across Alexandria’s business and civic landscape and is also part of the 2025 Leadership Alexandria Class.
In addition to her work with CatRad, Sada is a top-performing Mortgage Loan Officer at Burke & Herbert Bank, where she guides individuals and families through one of life’s biggest milestones, homeownership.

Deeply passionate about service, Sada is actively involved with organizations including Community Lodgings, Alexandria Celebrates Women, and various nonprofits throughout the Alexandria community, supporting initiatives focused on housing stability, empowerment, and community well-being.
Outside of her professional roles, Sada enjoys spending time with her siblings, Amalia & Laith, crafting, and exploring new cities and eats!
